Applicable to all orders and event bookings for SHAGHF COFFEE in FUJAIRAH ONLY

 

General

By completing payment via the link provided OR GATEAWAY payment, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. All prices include applicable taxes and charges, unless otherwise stated.

 

Regular Orders (Food & Beverage)

Orders placed and paid via link are final and non-refundable.

 

In case of incorrect or incomplete orders, the issue must be reported within 30 on or upon receiving the order. We will assess and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

 

Orders will be prepared based on the details provided by the customer (item, pickup/delivery time, location). The company is not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information.

 

No cancellations are accepted after the order is confirmed and prepared.

 

Event Bookings Shaghf

 

A 50% or full advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.

 

Cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before the event for Shaghf. Refund or rescheduling may be permitted at the company’s discretion.

 

Less than 14 days before the event, the booking is considered final and non-refundable.

For other event packages outside Shaghf , all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

 

No Show / Late Pickup

Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the agreed pickup time will be discarded/ consider sold. No refunds will be issued.

 

 

Payment refund

 

In the UAE, bank refunds typically do not have service charges if:

The refund is due to a merchant return (e.g., product return, cancelled order).

The transaction is reversed automatically by the merchant or payment processor.

However, charges may apply in the following cases:

 

If a refund is sent via wire transfer, TT (telegraphic transfer), or international remittance, the bank may deduct a transfer fee (AED 25–75 depending on the bank and method).

 

Chargeback Disputes (Credit Cards):

If you initiate a chargeback and it's found to be unjustified or canceled, some banks may charge a dispute fee (varies bank to bank; usually AED 100–250 if applicable).

 

Forex (Currency Conversion) Loss:

For international purchases, even if no service fee is charged, you might lose a small amount due to exchange rate differences when refunded in AED.

 

Failed Direct Debit or Returned Payment Fees:

 

Some banks charge fees for failed auto-debits, even if the merchant initiates a refund later.

 

 

 

Payment & Security

 All payments must be made via the secure link provided by the SHAGHF BRANCH OR BY GATEAWAY

 

Customers are responsible for completing the payment within the valid time. Expired links may result in cancellation of the order or booking.

 

Payments are processed through a secure, bank-accredited gateway to ensure all transactions are encrypted and protected."
